Account and subscription

Who is the copyright holder for the designs?

You. By submitting a design to you on our platform, you automatically become the rights holder of the content or we assign all rights of use to you and can do whatever you want with it. Each design is made individually for you and made available to you in the file types commonly used for the content. We will be happy to provide you with the source files on request. So you really have everything at hand.

Is there a minimum term?

No – or only the current period. On our own initiative, we consider long minimum terms and non-transparent price conditions to be out of date. We have fixed package prices and no long terms. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time at the end of the current contract month.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! If you simply have no need for a brutal design output for a while, you can pause the subscription at the end of the current contract month. The account then remains as it is – it is just not billed and of course no designs can be commissioned. A break can be up to three months. After that, the subscription will be automatically resumed.

Can I cancel at any time?

Sure. You can cancel or pause your current subscription at any time. The subscription then ends at the end of the current contract month. After the termination, you will still have access to our platform. Your designs will only be deleted from our servers after a period of at least 3 months.

What happens to my designs after I cancel?

You retain your access to our platform after you cancel. Your designs will still be available for download at least 3 months after the subscription has expired. Even after the termination, you retain the rights to use the designs and you have no further obligation to Design Duck.

Can I change the package?

Yes. An upgrade is possible at any time. The full power is available to you immediately and a new billing interval begins. The costs of the lower package will be charged to the day. A downgrade can take place at the end of the current billing interval.


How does a demo work?

We will clarify all of your open questions and show you how our platform works. In order to help you choose the right package and to provide you with a suitable design contact person, we will go through your requirements and your needs for designs together. The interview is completely free of charge and usually lasts 15-30 minutes. You can either use Google Meets or traditionally on the phone with remote maintenance.

Can I start without a prior meeting?

Yes. You can simply create an account – as soon as a package has been booked and the first payment has been confirmed, you can start. However, we would like to get to know you in advance in order to be able to offer you the best possible experience and to be able to provide you with the right design contact person. Let’s talk!

Designs and Process

Can speak to my designer over the phone?

Yes. You can talk to your design contact person / art director by phone. The designers will be happy to advise you on technical questions on a wide variety of topics. They can also give you tips on marketing-related questions such as B. common advertising formats in the individual social media or for the design of flyers.

Do I get professional and creative advice?

Yes. Our design contacts and, above all, the art directors in the higher packages will be happy to advise you professionally and creatively on your assignments. The main thing is to provide you with exactly what you need. It is often helpful to have a conversation about the overriding goal that you have, e.g. B. pursue marketing-technically in order to determine which content you use best for it

Which designer will do my job?

Who or who we consider most suitable for the task. Your design contact person or art director, who is always with you, checks each of your orders (before and after implementation) and, if necessary, consults you on details of the order. Based on their experience and your individual requirements, they assign the order internally to one of our specialist designers.

What does my design contact actually do?

Your personal design contact person or art director is your fairy godmother, your project manager and your creative engine when creating your designs. You are the individual contact person for the orders and then assign them internally in our teams. They also ensure that the high quality is maintained and act as a professional mouthpiece for you in our system.
